    Cut or bulk

    I am a 16yo male, 87kgs, 192cm and skinny fat I think. I have been training since December but I can't get out of the skinny fat look. I bulked and it made me fatter, after that I cut but I only got down to 14% bf. Now I look like this - httpps://photos.app.goo.gl/wF4F1ZXUvpMDaJaZ8
    (I wrote one more p, so I can post the link). Can you tell me about my nutrition and workout plan to get lean and muscular. You are my last hope, because there is too much information out there.

    You haven't been training that long. It will take time. We don't advocate calorie control for minors but all you really need to do is eat regular meals consisting mostly of wholefoods like meat, eggs, wholegrains, vegetables, fruit etc. Eat to appetite and keep junk food to a minimum. Work hard in the gym and it will come.

    Go to the workout programs section and pick one of the beginner programs. Be consistent with your training - this is where majority fail.

    You have everything in your favor - hormones, age, recovery, etc.. Stick to the training, eat wholesome nutritious foods as much as possible, and by default you will change your muscle/fat ratio for the better.

    Do not cut.

    Cut or bulk, either way you gotta choose one. It really depends on your goals so if you want to build muscle start bulking if you want to drop body fat start cutting.
