Rice nutritional values are for raw or cooked rice?

Probably a very dumb question, sorry haha.

But on my basmati rice it says the nutritional values for 100g: 350cal, 75g carbs, 9g protein. So I tought I need 200g daily and I measured 200g raw rice. But the 200g raw rice is, after cooking, 600g of cooked rice.

So now I dunno which version do the nutritional values stand for. I guess for raw.

My intention was to eat 700cal of rice daily, not 2100. So what do u think?

    For rice, its raw.
The variable is only water and you track calories when the foods have the least amount of water.

    Rice - raw
    Meat - cooked
