When incline pressing, either with a barbell or dumbbells, what degree of incline do you use?
30? 45? 60?
My personal favorites are 45 and 60.

I also like a very slight incline for flat benching. It actually helps when you're in a squat rack and using the safeties. You can set the safeties just below chest height and then if you happen to get stapled, you're actually able to just roll the bar down your chest a few inches and the safeties will catch it.
I also like 60 for upper chest. It feels really good on those upper pecs if you maintain a slight back arch and really focus in.trainingwithryan.substack.com
