Hello there, I recently decided to make up my body. Now I have 143.3 pounds of weight. Can anyone give suggestions to where I can start from. Actually I have no idea about the start up. And also I will be grateful if anyone can give ideas about controlling meals because I have very bad eating manners.

This section is very quiet. It would probably be better to look at the threads marked "sticky" at the top of the page in the Nutrition, Workout Programs and Female Bodybuilding forums.
