    Cut of bulk

    I am 16 years old 187 cm and 80 kg and I have been going to gym by semtember and I have seen some results in my arms but still I don’t have abs. I think my body type is skinny fat because my arms and my legs are vthin but I have belly. Should I cut or bulk?

    It is worth do push / pull / legs 2 times a week like Monday pull, Tuesday legs Wednesday push, Thursday pull, Friday legs, Saturday push, Sunday rest day

    I would say neither since you are a minor. Just eat what you like to eat - eat enough though, your growing body needs fuel, and try to incorporate healthy foods. Work out, be active, get involved (if you can safely with COVID in your area).

    Eat enough to feel energized, strong, etc... get enough protein.
