I'm curious what your guys opinion on EMOM's for Hypertrophy? This is not the only thing I'm doing in the training regimen, see below for an example.
Friday
Bench Press
Strength - Usually 65%-95% of 1RM for 5 Reps
Hypertrophy - Back down set; As Many Reps As Possible on each set usually a certain percentage of my 1RM the goal is to hit 35 reps as many sets as it takes, for example set 1 14 reps set 2 12 reps set 3 9 reps.
EMOM - For 4 rounds
1 Minute - Weighted Pull Ups
2 Minute - Weighted Vest Push Ups
3 Minute - Sand Bag Squat
4 Minute - Rest
Repeat above for 3 more rounds.
