L-arginine dosage
Just ordered some l-arginine. I don't know if it is ok to say the brand.
Anyways, they recommend 1 cap before workout(1500mg), but from what I've read and saw at other supplements it is usually recommended to take 4-5g before workout.
What should I do? Is it safe to take 3 caps before workout?
PS: Sorry if it's a stupid question!

0 mg. Use Citrulline instead.

Return them and get citrulline. If that's not possible, just take whatever prescribed. It's not going to make a marked difference regardless.Originally Posted by robrah49

Would definitely go with citrulline instead as l-arginine is outdated and no one really uses it in their products anymore. Also, if you're looking for pumps you can check out products with nitrates or glycerol Glycergrow 2 is a straight glycerol product)
