    generally vitamin d isn’t affected by low bf. Being underweight anemia, blood sugar and phosphorus are more of an issue, also electrolytes (zinc/potassium/sodium/calcium)

    Vit D is one f those really useful metabolic supplements.

    I personally use 5000iu's daily, and anything up to 10000 is generally fine in the fit. 1000iu is still a low dose, and I would simply up your dose.

    Not all supplements contain as much vitamin D as they claim. Not everyone gets the same amount of vitamin D from supplements and whole foods equally.

    Mine was low-ish a couple years ago. Now I take 6000ius a day. It’s been good the last 2 years. I take 3000 in the morning, and 3000 at night.
