    Excersise cals

    Hi all
Bit of a novice question, but do I eat back my excersise calories? If so, I'm struggling to get through 3500 calories on training days, so any tips on that also would be appreciated. And do I drop down on calories on non training days or just keep it the same every day.
    Thanks
    Pete

No need. It's usually not as much as people think. And you usually can't measure it with the precision you might think. So it's fine just to eat the same cals every day and just adjust that in response to longer term weight trends (weeks, months)

3500 is quite a lot, if you are gaining more than about 3lbs a month, reduce it. Otherwise you just gain fat unnecessarily.

Thank you bud. Ive gained just over 1kg in 4 weeks, which from what you've said is about right.

Yes, that seems fine. You are probably quite active during the day where other people would gain too much fat on 3500 cals.
