    Thumbs down Trying to body build

    Hey guys so I'm trying to body build
    I'm looking to get a big chest
    Big arms and small waist
    But I started noticing and started to get self conscious about my pecs
    It's there anything wrong with them
    What type of training should I do?
    I don't know how to upload a photo

    you are new. your whole body makes you self conscious. just go with the basics like stronglift...

    I just started 2 weeks ago after resting for a few months
    My bench is 95 for now and I do Dumbell bench press but I don't know if it's enough?

    There's nothing wrong with your pecs. Just follow a beginner routine for a few months - I'd recommend the fierce 5 novice routine (https://forum.bodybuilding.com/showt...post1266579371) over stronglifts or starting strength for bodybuilding, because it has arms and abs built into the program. That being said, they're all solid programs. Don't worry about your pec shape for now - just do your best to put on size.
