I've been doing this routine for a while, usually I just choose whichever workout I feel like doing on the day following my rest day.
But would it be more effective to choose one workout over another for Tuesdays workout?
Monday: OFF
Tuesday: Arms/Legs
Wednesday: Chest/Back/Abs
Thursday: Shoulders
Friday: Arms/Legs
Saturday: Chest/Back/Abs
Sunday: Shoulders
Monday: OFF

Without knowing exercises performed, reps and sets accompanied with those exercises, overall volume and progression to date, it's hard to help you out. However, I will say, in terms of tracking progress, if you do find a sequence of workouts that has you steadily progressing, be consistent with that, even if it's a subpar program right now. Consistently following a subpar program will beat out inconsistently following a good program.
But really, you should just pick a proven program that fits your lifestyle instead of playing guesswork.Life is constant learning. Give advice about things you know. Ask questions about things you don't.

--The proper plural form of the Latin adjective biceps is bicipites, a form not in general English use. Instead, biceps is used in both singular and plural (i.e., when referring to both arms). The form bicep [sic], although common even in professional contexts, is considered incorrect. (from Wikipedia)

If you're going to give low effort info, why expect anything else in return? Outside of do a PPL instead what more do you want with what you provided? Shoulders are a tiny muscle group, they don't need an entire day. "legs" is several muscle groups and half of your body, if anything they deserve their own day. What does that leave...a PPL.
