Hi,
Title says it all basically, since i have a small chest (defined but no mass in it especially the upper part), would it be a good idea to work on it twice a week?
Would it be a good idea to work out any "lagging" muscle group twice a week until you get the desired results?
P.S i ve been working out for 5 yrs, tried everything for my chest and well.no results...
