    Working the "weak" muscle group twice a week?

    Hi,

    Title says it all basically, since i have a small chest (defined but no mass in it especially the upper part), would it be a good idea to work on it twice a week?
    Would it be a good idea to work out any "lagging" muscle group twice a week until you get the desired results?



    P.S i ve been working out for 5 yrs, tried everything for my chest and well.no results...

    I would train everything twice a week - at least.

    But yes, you can add volume to a lagging bodypart, bodybuilders do this all the time. It can be more sets on the day(s) you work chest, it doesn't have to be a whole new day.

    Upper chest can be a more difficult area to build. But if you've never tried working any muscle groups more than 1x/week, there are probably a lot of things you haven't tried.

    What is your chest routine like? What exercises do you do, how many sets, how many reps per set?
