Wtf? How can 340 calories be gone so quickly...I'm still hungry and not satisfied.
Lol I must have been eating double the serving before. Thank goodness someone told me to get a scale here.

I like pistachios in their shells, one of the few nuts I like. Cashews and macadamia nuts are also goat. But pistachio froyo or ice cream oh man that’s good stuff. Or Greek yogurt with honey and pistachios nom nom

Yeah if I ever do another serious cut, I'm not going to lean on nuts at all. They're great for ya, but do very little for me in terms of hunger, even with the amount of fat in them. Just not filling enough.

If you trying to lose weight, it's better to stay away/limit from nuts/seeds/peanut butter because:
- they are very high in calories
- you can eat a lot of them because they have low volume
Yeah, 340 calories.
100 grams of peanut butter means around 600 calories.
Its so easy to eat 100 grams of peanut butter.
Just a a few spoons. Combine it with rice cookies and jam and you have a calorie bomb.
On the other hand, 100 grams of strawberries have 33 calories.
You must eat 2 kilograms of them to reach 660.
One kg of greek yoghurt means 600 calories. That's a lot.
350 grams of chicken breast = 100 grams of peanut butter, give or take.
More fullfiling!
I could easily eat 2000 calories of pistachios in one meal. I did it, actually.
Hard to extremely hard to eat that much from chicken breast, egg whites, greek yoghurt, fruits, vegetables.
Bad for cutting, but great for bulking, expecially if you are that special type of weird person that struggles to eat more calories.
