Hello guys. I'm a Basketball athlete hoping to lose weight. I've lifted for 2 years.
My stats are 6'1 240 lbs
My lifts are
Bench 245
Deadlift 365
Squats 300 all one rep max
I eat 2000 calories a day to lose a bit more weight. My maintenance should've been at 2800 calories so I cut 800.
What I eat mostly are Steak, Beef and Pork Korean. With a bit of rice.
If possible I want to cut to 220 lbs by 2 months

To lose 20 pounds of fat in two months would require you to be in a calorie deficit of 1,166.66 calories per day.
So if you really want to hit that number, then you basically need to increase your deficit by an additional 400 calories per day over what it currently is.~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.
