    is this 3 day routine good

    pretty much follows same rules as Fierce 5 Novice as far as progression go

    thinking about doing face pulls twice a week and getting rid of the 2nd lat raises on day C

    A
    Squat 3x5
    Bench 3x5
    Pendlay Rows 3x8
    Face Pulls 3x10
    Calf Raises 3x12
    Skullcrushers 3x12

    B
    Incline Bench 3x5
    Pull-Ups 3x5
    Cable Row 3x8
    Cable Flies 3x10
    Lat Raises 3x10
    DB Hammer Curl / Rope Push downs SS 3x10

    C
    Deadlift 3x5
    OHP 3x5
    Leg Curls 3x8
    Lat Pulldowns 3x8
    Calf Raises 3x12
    Bicep Curls / Lat Raises SS 3x10

    Good? Not especially. But it's better than most of the trash 'rate my program' ****.

    Has the same problems as any noob lp setup.

    Its light on legs but at least you have a decent amount of back.

    It will work till it doesn't.

    I probably will remove lat raises on B and add more leg work. Lunges or something like that.
