    19 year old ( 3 month training )

    Goodday from Canada guys,

    I've been training for 3 months now. I used to play American Football for 2 years when i was around 14/15 where we did some basic exercises like pushups and situps nothing special. People told me i have enough muscle mass to cut and i also have some fat that stores around my belly and lower chest only (mostly around the hips). ( I used to be fat but watching my diet only and playing football back then made me lose alot of fat). The first month I followed a PHUL scheme but during a leg session my lowerback started feeling uncomfortable and sometimes even painful, from a football injury. So I stopped working my legs and only work my calves so my legs wont look funny. Im thinking about going to a good chiropractor when the money is here so i can start working out my legs again. My goal is to be like Odell Beckham or something.. What is a realistic timespan to become like this for me and are there any tips on my physique to improve.
