Two semi-mediocre weeks in a row but still down over a pound so its all good, still on track to get pretty close to either meet or exceed my goal for this thread. Still some occasional hunger first thing in the morning and late afternoon, but overall not too bad.
My gym is opening up again on Saturday so "WOOT!" to that. Can't wait to get back in there, it will make these last 4 weeks MUCH easier. I don't mind working out at home since I have heavy dumbbells, but I sure miss using a barbell and power rack.

Still have a ways to go before honestly claiming not to be in on the fringes of "fat" territory, even by nonathletic standards. Visibly, it's starting to come off in my arms and face, which is putting in relative contrast how much of it was already there on my belly and around my hips that I was not honestly considering. Six pounds is still only the beginning of actual progress and I have a ways to go, but I'm on track and glad for it.
Eating ~200g protein daily has made a considerable deficit fairly easy and I am not struggling with hunger much at all. Going to have to be careful not to overdo the weekend where I'm tying it closer to maintenance.
Good luck to everyone else.Bench: 350

Cutting has been VERY easy for me recently. I started with a 500 deficit for the first 2 months (June/July), in August I raised the deficit to 750. Still having 0 issues with hunger.
I don't know if this will work for you guys but I make a 2 scoop protein shake and sip on it for hours instead of chugging it. It keeps me so full I can't even think about food until 3 hours after finishing it.

Not a terrific week but still down over a pound even with a water weight shift that threw off my weekly average a bit. That should balance out in the coming week though. I'm feeling really good energy wise, enough that I actually did some running this week for the first time in forever, and I HATE running so that says a lot about how I feel. Its amazing how much easier pullups become when you take 20 lbs off your body too.
My gym is open again too, its been so nice to get back in there and work with a barbell again. Even better that its been practically empty since it re-opened.

A little frustrating, as I decided really to buckle down this week to get under 250 for an occasion. Thought I had that in the bag, because I weighed in at the exact weight yesterday, and then ate at a 2,000 calorie deficit of low sodium food and worked out especially hard. Woke up this morning the same weight lol. Regardless, it's impossible for me not to have lost fat so this is the perfect example of the sort of thing not to obsess over: water retention and the like. Henceforth it would also be a good idea to avoid conscientiously going into any reckless extremes. Not at all disappointed with over 3 pounds in a week, especially since it's not the easy weight at the very beginning.Bench: 350

Well at least I know what the issue was this week. I had two back to back business dinners and really drank too much and ate too much at both of them. On top of that, couldn't fit the work outs in. Now I have to come up with some business dinner strategies...---Chicago Crew---

Not a terrific week but mostly due to me burning some vacation time at home and not really being able to go anywhere due to our continued lockdown, so that in turn led to a couple incidents of boredom snacking. Barring any unforeseen circumstances I’m still on track to hit my goal of 200 lbs in a couple weeks.

Hope everyone else's doing well in this journey. Good luck to all. See y'all next week!! Hopefully I'll be at my goal weight by then.Negs on sight for ShaneTMI.
