Can I do lateral raise everyday?

My shoulders are small compared to my other muscles since I didnt train them before. Is it okay to do like 2-3 sets and 12 reps everyday or maybe like 5 times a week?

Maybe, depends on your overall routine. But I doubt your other muscles are huge if your shoulders are small. Regardless, you're likely better off doing a balanced routine that includes multiple shoulder exercises that hit all of parts of your delts.

Eh, are your shoulders progressing within your current program and what is your current volume? You could get away with doing these types of isolation exercises more often, but really shouldn't be done everyday to failure, or close to it. You may be starting to fall into the More is More trap. If you are progressing right now, don't change a thing until you stop progressing. Adding volume before volume is needed to be added is not only not going to progress you faster, it may actually be a detriment to your progression.

Yes, you can. I would superset them with band pull aparts, face pulls, or reverse flys. Rear delts are important

You can but if you didn't give them enough intensity they won't grow. It is like people who train their abs everyday, they think they grow their abs but they actually already have abs and they're just pumped with blood from the workout.

Best way is to hit delts hard once or twice them a week and let them recover. Rather than yoyoing every workout where you don't really destroy the muscle and/or let it recover.

What I recommend is performing the exercise 3 times a week to give yourself enough rest and recovery time. The nutrition that you have is going to be the key.
