    Is my weight being distributed well

    I have been working out and eating 5 times a day since quarantine with a plan my nutritionist sent me . I was at 124 at the start and now I am 143. Am I bulking correctly ?

    Your body fat is fairly high. You should not be gaining more than 2 pounds a MONTH. What workout are you following? Exactly.

    Your profile saya you think you were at 11% bodyfat at 133. You were not close to 11% then, even farther away at 143.
