I’m working with my PT on some scapular retraction and external rotations to get my right (tattoo side) shoulder back more. But honestly, when doing side raises, i rarely feel it in the side. It’s like I’m raising properly, but I feel it MOSTLY in the area between front delt and anterior.
Also when I raise my arm to do Ys, its very tight in that area, hard to pull it back all the way. I’m not sure if my anterior delt is just placed more forward? My pics are on my profile.
