    Need help finding a program

Been kind of YOLO at the gym for a while now and I feel like I’m all over the place and having a lack of structure in my training is kinda driving me crazy. Not sure what I’m looking for exactly in terms of number of days/split, but I can lift everyday of the week if I could, but also with the covid situation I’d rather not. My goals are fat loss atm and I’m looking to get down to 10-12% body fat. Best lifts prior to shutdowns were 225x5 bench,192.4x4 incline bench , +100x4 chin-up, 80x6 db split squat, 140-145x4-6 ohp. I was doing a kinobody/leangains program. Would appreciate some advice fellas thank you.

How about the Fierce 5 Int/Adv routine. It's a Push Pull Legs rest Upper Lower rest repeat. It's in the stickies.
