Aunt Jemima, Uncle Ben, Eskimo pie and Cream of Wheat have all made Changes. The Dixie Chicks will be known as the Chicks, Dixie Cups will be just Cups and the list continues

It's about to happen. The legislature just did something or another to allow it to be voted on by the legislature. The people voted on it in 2001.

White actors will no longer voice characters of color on "The Simpsons"

Following other white actors who said they would no longer voice characters of color, "The Simpsons" producers said Friday they will recast all of their characters of color, while a longtime "Family Guy" actor said he will step down from his role as Cleveland Brown.

In a statement on Friday, "The Simpsons" creators said, "Moving forward, 'The Simpsons' will no longer have white actors voice non-white characters."

"The Simpsons" has been on the air since 1989, and features several non-white characters voiced by white actors, including Harry Shearer, who plays Dr. Julius Hibbert, and Carlton Carlson Jr., played by Hank Azaria and Harry Shearer.

It drives me crazy when they all gang up and do this $hit. One of my daughters is a huge virtue signaler but tries to defend it when called on for it. She talks to my wife but hasn't said a word to me in almost 4 yrs...she's pissed we voted for Trump and won't let it go.

A couple of other changes to company names that I see coming...

White Out:. A white correction fluid that paints over black letters. Clearly a symbolic way for white people to "paint over" the accomplishments of blacks.

Black & Decker: A company name clearly chosen to propagate stereotypes that blacks commit violence against women.

Toothpaste also can't have the word whitening. It will be now "keep your teeth nice and yellow"....although that may be racist too so will have to think about this one..

A man truly ahead of his time










He’s probably having the best year ever.

The first experience with political correctness that I can recall was when teaching a class mid to late 80's, all our lessons were video taped for personal critique, student review and for our standards section to view and ensure all teaching points were covered as well as instructor critique. The chief instructor reviewed my lesson in which I had asked a student to demonstrate something on the black board. The chief Instructor picked up on this and said that it couldn't be referred to as a black board because some may take offence or something of that nature, I forget the exact terminology. Anyway, it had to be called a chalk board and a memo went out to all instructors. Within a short time we transitioned to White boards, not because of that incident but more because of their functionality, ironically it was ok to refer to it as a white board. I did understand the Chief Instructors point though and thought it was a good call.

I live 25 minutes from the University and it's filled with uber left wing wack jobs, the overall population of Madison is extremely leftist as well so this in no way surprises me.
