    Question Creatine vaporization?!

    Hello

    I recently found out, that mixing creatine into hot water (70-95celsius) eliminates the cloudy texture, and just completely dissolves the powder.

    Later my friend advices me NOT to do this, as it 'vaporizes' the creatine, or just implies that it Will lose its effect.

    Any advice/knowledge regarding the matter?

    Vaporisation is when a liquid turns to vapour so that is the wrong word.

    However, very hot water can degrade the molecular structure of creatine - but if it's already cool enough to drink when you put the creatine in then it's probably fine.

    It doesn't matter how you consume it. I just put the powder in my mouth and take a swig of water.
