glad Mike Perry got back in the winning column tonight.
After his last fight where his face got rearranged I would have fukin PTSD if I was him. But no he's an absolute fukin maniac warrior. Easily one of the best personalities in MMA.

LW is very interesting now. Where do you go with Ferguson, Conor, Dustin Poirier? Poirier vs Ferguson is the fight to make while Khabib and Justin square off. Winners face each other.
Honestly, I think Ferguson is behind Justin, Dustin, and Conor. Ferguson is a good fighter but the man really hasn’t faced any of the sharks of LW. He beat RDA (past his best days), Kevin Lee (proven to be badly overrated), and Cowboy (same as RDA). Justin, Dustin, Conor, and Khabib rule LW. They are just killers who cleaned the division. I think he might have a chance against Conor but he is sooooo easy to tag. Conor would seriously piece him up with his precision strikes. I felt that Justin would surprise him but never assumed it would be THAT bad. Justin beating him is not alarming, but what was alarming is the fashion in which he did it. He beat the breaks off of him. It shows that Ferguson perhaps was never as good as we once assumed. It is sad that we might never see Ferguson vs Khabib but when looking at his match vs Justin, it really would have disappointed because Khabib would have mauled him.

There are so many different ways to skin the cat. All of the top 5 or 6 are elite and would make for great match ups. I'd go:
-Dustin/Tony or Dustin/Nate Diaz (to give Dustin a big money fight that he rightfully deserves)
-Conor/Hooker or Hooker/Oliveira (if Conor doesn't want to fight)
-Gaethje vs. Khabib obviously
Winner of Dustin/Tony gets the title shot against the winner of Gaethje/Khabib
I wouldn't mind seeing Dober and Islam take a step up in competition. Put them against Kevin Lee, Iaquinta, and the Cowboy's of the world. So many good fights at 155.BJJ Crew

lmao
It was all fun and games until Till started talking about Perry's new girl. Perry is seriously rustled now. He said he will fight Till if he sees him irl.
The problem is, Till is more of a savage than Perry in every area (online, cage, streets) and will phuck him up if Perry genuinely wants it.
I feel quite bad because I like Perry but he is too low IQ to take a joke. I understand that there are lines but he said he was going to kick Till's mother in the face, etc..
He just couldn't handle Till talking about his new gf like that.

Know I’m late, but damn that fight was amazing. Both of those dudes have chins.
Gaethje vs Khabib
Ferguson vs Hooker
Poirier vs Diaz or Mcgregor
It looked like Mike Perry had a good 30lbs on Gall. Was like a linebacker fighting the quarterback."Stop sitting back saying yeah man, I wanna be this, I wanna be that, grab your phucking nuts and be it" -Greg Plitt

Anyone else feel like there's plenty of good matchups but no super apparent method to structure the madness?
Outside of Gaethje, Dustin is the hottest contender but he just had a shot. Felder is still in the conversation, and Oliveira is also on a 8 win streak.
Ferguson v Poirier/Oliveira is my fave matchup out of those.

Yeah its a chitshow at the top.
You have an inactive champ holding everything up even in non covid times that dude wont fight for half the year for his muslim stuff.
You have Conor who is "retired" but you know the second he gets a good offer will just come back and jump the line so no matter the rankings or whos waiting, theres no way to really seed the division because the title shots go to the money fights. For every man, there is a sentence, a string of words, that has the power to destroy him
