What is your current average intake? Are you gaining, losing our maintaining?
I can tell time. Time cannot tell me.

Formerly LactoseTolerant. I'm not very imaginative.

everyone is different so nobody can give you an accurate answer

you have to rely on your own data you've gathered from eating X amount of calories and gaining/losing Y amount of weight

You won't really know until you pick a number and run with it for at least 2 weeks.

You can make an initial guess using a TDEE calculator and then reduce it slightly if your goal is fat loss - or increase if you want muscle gain. It's better to be close to maintenance if you want an accurate answer - or close to what you have been eating most recently.

So say you lose 1lb in the 2 week period, it means that on average your calorie intake was 250 cals less than your TDEE.

If your weight isn’t going up and down and your maintaining weight just track what you eat for a week and find a daily average

Your TDEE changes daily and your calorie counting will always be off so between those 2 factors it will always be no more than an estimation.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough
