    Cardio: 3-4x a week 25-30 min. (Intense)


    Weight Lifiting: 6x a week 40-60 min. (Moderate)


    Job: Retail (15 hours a week)

    You won't really know until you pick a number and run with it for at least 2 weeks.

    You can make an initial guess using a TDEE calculator and then reduce it slightly if your goal is fat loss - or increase if you want muscle gain. It's better to be close to maintenance if you want an accurate answer - or close to what you have been eating most recently.

    So say you lose 1lb in the 2 week period, it means that on average your calorie intake was 250 cals less than your TDEE.

    Your TDEE changes daily and your calorie counting will always be off so between those 2 factors it will always be no more than an estimation.
