^Yep. 0 calories, acidity can be hard on teeth over time if drank in excess or without rinsing mouth occasionally.

Health effects are always being argued but I have never seen anything substantial, mostly due to not enough long term studies being done in a controlled environment, so that is up to you to decide if it is worth worrying about. Personally, I will keep enjoying my 0 calorie drinks.

    Pretty much.

Most are below 5 cals per serving, which allows them to list them as 0 calories. Still nothing to worry too much about weight gain wise unless you're drinking an ungodly amount.

Have a bit of an issue when cutting, drink Pepsi Max constantly. To all intents and purposes you can consider them 0 calories. The amount you'd have to drink in order to make any kind of significant difference to your calorie consumption is so vast that you can ignore them in your calculations

They are very acidic so can cause wear on your teeth. However due to their lack of sugar they do not feed plaque producing bacteria meaning they do not contribute to tooth decay in that sense so still better than going for full sugar soda (which is also equally acidic)
