My gym re-opened about a month ago and it's been GLORIOUS. There are social distancing measures in place of course and I notice members are MUCH better about wiping down equipment now, so that's nice. Side note: if your gym is open, take a moment to thank the workers for being there. I can say from experience that they will really appreciate it. That's pretty much what I've been up to: getting it all back after quarantine and enjoying every minute of it!

Summer consists of just simple things really, work, enjoying the time with my daughters at the pool, lifting in my garage gym now that I have that put together. I was waiting for my power rack from Rep Fitness and got it in the early part of June. Other than that not much else is going on due to this COVID craze.

No vacation planned here
Life is pretty much the same except now I’m working from home instead of the hospital.

Gym is opening july 1st here, so i can't wait to go. But you have to make a reservation and can only lift for 1 hour max.
Lost a lot of gains in these last 3 months so hopefully muscle memory will kick in. I always take short breaks so an hour should be ok.
No vacation this year due to budget issues, but will spend my days at the local beach when the weather permits it, going fishing and i want to learn rollerblading.
Gotta make the most out of summer.

Wish I could say I had big plans but our trip to Canada was cancelled due the the boarder being closed. Oh well, leaves more time for training. Going to do my first sprint triathlon this summer. Wish me luck! other then that kayak and camping are a must this summer.

Just got back from Florida vacation. Life has been the same with me day in and day out. Work in the home medical field with respiratory patients and COVID patients lately.

Got 2 softball tournaments in so far, sadly they keep cancelling.
Got a bunch of firewood cut and split so far.
Still planning on the major tournaments in October.

Unfortunately the family is in the hotspot so the family vacation was scrapped and the gyms near me is still a no go.

Been staying on track with the trails, my tuck and any random tree limbs I find for pull ups or weight to lift. Staying locked in instead of giving up hope.

The gym is back open so I’ve back and crushing it 6 days a week! For summer not to much planned with the world still shut down. But we still have our family trip planned for going up north for a week at the end of August. It will be a much needed break.
