1) read the stickies on nutrition because this is 70% of the journey
2) read the stickies on a full-body program you can start on and adhere to
3) Pick a high enough calorie amount (2000 is a good base depends on your weight, height)
3) weigh yourself and your food (monitor weekly averages)
4) Track and adjust as necessary
