Hahah maybe I should, not sure how I should feel at being floyd manlet-weather's weight though doesn't seem like an achievement
Yeah am probably going to throw in the towel soon and see if I can progress on maintenance for several weeks. Get that glycogen back and maybe undo some of the damage my strength has taken. Still want to maximise my loss though to compensate for christmas (would rather pre-compensate than post-compensate). Hoping I can keep it to maintenance for most of the days and maybe only go psycho on one or two.
69.3kg/152.8lb today. Hoping for a drop soon
Workout
Legs, squats, RDLs, sled pushes blah blah blah this, that, the other
Nutrition
Food, cereal, sandwiches, whey, no idea for dinner blah blah
Yeah this definitely feels like the end of the cut lol
EDIT: was ashamed of this installment so here's some nice white light progress pictures, un-tensed and tensed

Guess I am looking pretty lean looking at the above again. Guessing maybe 12-13% bodyfat. Weighed in at 68.7kg/151.5lb today so new lowest weight. I'm actually several lbs lighter than I was at the end of my last cut (and I believe I had less mass then) which would indicate that I'm leaner.
Part of my issue with cutting is that I find it very hard to judge. Even at 20% bodyfat there are some lightings and reflections where I look fitness model lean and there are some lightings and reflections now that make me look 20%+. I find that between 20% and now is a long and very confusing road of impossible to know bodyfat which you just have to kind of have faith and grind through for months on end, never even knowing where the end point is.
I'm pretty happy with where I've gotten so far. I don't plan on finishing the log until a post-Christmas update, which I'm hoping won't involve a 'I got fat guys' post in January lolSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

*Sigh* you guys are right i suppooooooooooooooooooooooooooooose
Like I said just a few more days to make room for bad choices :P
But yes maintenance for a while and then will inevitably have to gain some weight. Been thinking of doing a 10lb cycle though. So 5 months trying to stick to 2lb per month, then shred till I'm this lean again (hopefully wont be the full 10lbs as some of it should be muscle), then gain again. Sounds like a solid plan in theory but obviously life often gets in the way, that 10lbs accidentally becomes 18lb after a few weeks of slipping and it all goes to chit. But that's the plan and I'm going to do my best to get as close to it as possible lolSomehow still managing to avoid getting 'too big'

Hallo all! New year, same old me (fortunately or unfortunately)
So had two weeks off all working out, all dieting worries, all work etc. Ate like chit, drank huge amounts and had a fuking good time! Weighed in this morning at 71.9kg which is 3.6kg about 8lbs up from my lowest weight. I do not remotely regret it, I needed to just give stuff a rest for a short while but back to work today, back to working out and back to having a routine. I would say at a generous estimate I've gained 5 solid pounds of fat, at a conservative maybe closer to 6-7lbs. Unfortunately I can't just let that lie and move on as that is 3-4 solid months of bulking I've deprived myself of in only two weeks. Therefore the weight has to come back off.
However to mark a change in direction and attitude, I've decided I'm going to close this log and open up a log in the workout journal forum. The first several weeks of it will indeed start with some fat loss but then move on to strength progress. Thank all you guys for your support and humour! It's been a huge help in keeping me sane and on track. See you all on the other side! Will post a link to workout thread once I've set it up
