    Dosage and timing for HMB and ANS fortitide

    Hi everyone,
    Its been a few years since I last posted anything on here... busy schedule, family etc
    Ive been out of the supplement game for some time except for the regular multi, fish oil and whey.

    Currently hitting the gym at 6am and would like some info on how to combine certain supplements.
    Will be taking my pre-wo around 5.30-5.45am, aminos intra workout, and whey post wo.
    Recently bought a tub of HMB and ANS Fortitude and would like some info regarding dosage and timing. Im going through a cutting phase atm.
    Other supps im using:
    Multi
    Fish oils
    Xtend
    ISO 100
    Pre-wo
    Cissus

    The above will be a staple for me, just interested in how to take HMB and Fortitude to give me the best results for my cutting phase. and yes i know nutrition and discipline is everything. im 40y.o
    by the way and looking to lose around 20lbs

    I really wouldn’t bother with either.

    Don’t worry about taking BCAAs either. No benefit and if you’re having whey/a meal afterwards then they’re a complete waste of time.
