I hurt my right thigh while playing rugby, it's not severe but it occasionally hurts whenever I go heavy on quads & hamstrings ( Just the right side ). Should I continue training them or should I lay off legs until it fully recovers? Right now I'm using light weight ( same reps&sets ) on
-squats
-bulgarian split squats
-leg presses
-seated leg curls
It doesn't hurt as much when using lighter weight.
