Very limited information here but you are very, very thin. You won't get a 'lean' look until you build a lot more muscle, definitely time to gain some mass.
Just one more point (out of concern more than anything), you are clearly very skinny, don't let yourself become obsessed over fat this early on at your current weight. If you are thin enough that you could be mistaking the fat for your posture then you need to stop worrying. Build muscle, think about tiny pockets of existent or non-existent fat when you have built a physique and it actually makes a difference to the appearance of your muscle mass.
It's early days and I'm sure I'm just reading too much into this but unless you get out of tiny habits like this now (worrying about things that might or might not be there, being mistrustful of your eyes and the mirror, obsessing over tiny details), body dysmorphia in it's various forms can breed itself in such small, accumulated worries.

You need to start eating at a reasonable surplus (200-250 calories/day) while following a beginner's weight training program like Stronglifts or Fierce Five for six to eight months and then reevaluate your situation.
