Hey guys,
Looking for some new protein. I currently use Gold Standard but read mixed reviews on all 3 of the above?
What do you guys use? I am currently vegetarian so ideally need a Whey in order to help boost up the protein numbers!
Cheers

I didn't say anything about putting all my eggs in one basket. That's why I said I'm getting good results with MyProtein in conjunction with good nutrition and regular training.
To each his own. I'd never buy supplements with fillers such as carrageenan or artificial food colourings. Labdoor has been spot on for the most part, and I'll continue to refer to it.

I didn't say you did say anything eggs in a basket. I said that a protein powder didn't give you great results. It's just powdered food. Any powdered food or non-powdered food with the same calories and macros would do the same thing.
Lol. Spot on how? Do I dare bring the thread of threads back up to the top where the CEO of Labdoor at the time gets destroyed for **** logic and basically giving higher grades to spiked protein powders? You can buy what you want, but those ingredients don't make the powder better nor worse than any other necessarily."I'm pretty sure your wrong, but care to elaborate..."
