    What do you think of my advanced workout plan I just wrote?

    Let me know what you think of this workout plan I just published. This is what I'm using right now as I've found it to work the best for my current situation.

    My current stats are:

    180 pounds
    11% body fat
    17.5 inch arms
    Max Bench 330 pounds

    Not bad. I suggest fitting in:

    Deadlift
    Side delt exercise
    Rear delt exercise

    Remove/ replace:

    Upright row (very injury prone exercise)
    One of the rowing exercises. (You don't need 3 rowing exercises)
