You’ll need to focus one one, either building muscle or losing fat.

No supplements needed as you’re new and both goals simply require food intake to be adjusted - caloric surplus for gaining muscle, caloric deficit for losing fat.

Glad to hear you started working out!
Unfortunately there are no supplement that will help you with your request. In my experience a caloric deficit diet with focusing on protein and healthy fats and lower in carbs, will yield fastest results. i’ve got good results from intermittent fasting aswell. As you get leaner you WILL look more muscular. So when you’re happy with your definition start increasing your calories.

It will not be easy but if you’re determined You’ll succeed!

Healthy is subjective and means little, regardless of definition, with regard to body comp goals. An no, just diet and creatine will not drive hypertrophy.

Hypertrophy is driven by a caloric surplus to TDEE, weight training with progressive volume and getting rest.

Staying consistent for a few months, if you have done nothing before, will yield results. If you just started, you need to focus on form. Start with low weights till you master form and increase weight resistance every workout till you get to the point where 12 reps get hard. hopefully a few months have passed and you will start to seem some results and can then look for a program to follow.

As said above, good diet is key, increase protein intake and you will see results. If you must get supplements protein, creatine, and a pre workout in that order. If you want more information, checkout the most recent post on FitNHonest, site in my signature.

Try establishing a caloric deficit if you want to lose your belly fat. If you want to build muscle mass, a 40-40-20 ratio of carbs-protein-fats should help in terms of nutrition. As for supps, whey protein and creatine are your best bets.

Do you also recommend taking even more carbs and fewer proteins (like 50-45-5) or would you just recommend getting a fair share of fat into the diet?

Don't use pointless ratios. Hit a minimum of 0.8g/lb BW protein, 0.4g/lb BW fats and fill the rest of your calories however you want/whatever helps you perform best.
