I don't do signings because I don't do memorabilia. If anything I would do comic signings because I know a lot of people in that industry personally. But I did go to high school with larry hughes and justin tatum (jayson's dad) so you never know.
Picked up some rookies the past couple days.
Brady
Curry
Durant
LaVine
Ingram
Tiger
Artifacts drops tomorrow.
Chit doesn't really stay too long in store though.

Did a bunch when I was a kid, late 80's/early 90's. I'd send them to the stadiums and not the player's houses. Probably about half of what I sent out came back signed or had a signed pic. Larry Walker, Frank Thomas, Derek Jeter, Nolan Ryan, Don Mattingly, Willie Mays, Wayne Gretzky, Mario Lemieux, Drazen Petrovic, Randy Johnson, Willie McCovey, Stan Musial, Phil Rizzuto, Duke Snider, and a bunch more. Also got some crappy guys that I liked like Glenn Braggs, Rolando Roomes, Chad Curtis, and Monty Fariss. Not really into autos anymore.

I thought I had another thread.
Anyways. Have a regular customer that bought a $20 sealed box with random packs in it from another shop in the area. It had packs from 2011-2013. He ended up pulling the 2011 Bowman Chrome Refractor Mike Trout. Made a deal with him for it.
I still live poverty but slowly building a decent collection and sales are up almost 100K this year. I just don't get allocated much sports product so I get by on pokemon releases. If anyone wants to get added to my email list for sports products I can get from my distributor let me know. I only charge what I pay them for it plus tax. Unless you're local and want to pay cash. Only thing is it isn't at wholesale cost after release day, it's usually market price, sometimes a little less.
