Hey guys, first time posting on Bodybuilding forums.
During all my 30 years I have struggled with my weight but lately I have reached the 150kg (330.7lbs) mark and have completely ruptured my left quadriceps tendon. So I figured I must do something with my life.
This thread is all about it. Since I have started and failed multiple times, maybe with people following my progress, this could be different.
Today is my first day and I have returned to intermittent fasting (20:4).
As for my diet: I intend to eat around 1500 calories on my eating window. (Today I was able to eat 1496 calories and am feeling great so far).
So, yeah, we shall see how it plays.
