What are these dots on my back ?

Hello, I have these two dots on my back but cant say what it is. I've seen a similar case on a person in a small fitness forum in my native language but nobody has been able to identify the issue (the guy has 4 of them, 2 on the left and 2 on the right), that's why I would like to ask here and will spread the knowledge over there. It is completely soft (no kyst) so maybe it's excess fat/skin ? I would like to remove them completely. Thanks in advance. Also my upper traps are way behind my shoulders isn't it ? I should focus on them, do you agree ?

Look, forget for a moment the problem that I'm a random unqualified internet weirdo... Suppose I was qualified (which I'm not), how could I examine you???

You really must see a qualified doc for an examination (when that's possible), otherwise as fun as it is for us to make guesses, you won't find out what it is.

99% it's trivial, but the 1% when it's not trivial... you'd want that diagnosed early.

They are most likely Lipomas (Fatty tumors). I have many, of various sizes, on parts of my body including my back. They are solid but not hard like rocks, they are squishy. Unless they grow, become painful, or become discolored, you can ignore them.

Watch an episode or two of the show Dr. Pimple Popper (I forget the channel), she takes care of them all the time and you can learn a bit more. I hope that helps.

ok so I just got back from the doctor appointment, it's not Lipomas. It's fat clusters under loose skin because I lost fat too fast over the past 5 months (7-8kg of fat over 5 months, didnt pay attention before posting but look at my pant lol). It will take around 6 months for the skin to tighten up and these clusters will disapear in the process.

LOL. You sound like my wife. She can not help herself is she sees a bump or pimple on my back.
