I was training chest yesterday and think I might have tweaked my shoulder... not during the exercises themselves but in my stretches afterwards.
My left pec-minor has been feeling really tight lately so I was stretching it a lot, by doing a 'snow angel' type movement on my bench. But I think I stretched it too hard.
So I suppose it feels a bit similar to if I was doing chest flys but went with my arms lower than I should.
It feels better today compared to yesterday, but either way, does anyone know of any exercises that you can do in these situations to help recover? It's hard to tell if the pain is in my anterior shoulder or pec minor (or a bit of both)
