    Lightbulb Continue cut or bulk?

    Hi. I was cutting for 6 months. I was 214 pounds and now 170 pounds. My height is 5'9. Age 33. Lifting weights 6 days a week and some cardio.

    I think you should have a balance in your body, muscle mass is fine but also what goals you have. Complementing with cardio is fine, but how are you handling the food issue?

    You might consider moving to maintenance for a month or so followed by a slight 250 cal daily surplus thereafter for your bulk. Get stronger and focus on intensity in your workouts would be my suggestion.
    Without proper diets and effective meal plans dialed in, you might well be spitting in the wind.
