Hi. I was cutting for 6 months. I was 214 pounds and now 170 pounds. My height is 5'9. Age 33. Lifting weights 6 days a week and some cardio.

Slow controlled mass gain - about 2lbs a month - while making progressive overload every workout in the gym.

I think you should have a balance in your body, muscle mass is fine but also what goals you have. Complementing with cardio is fine, but how are you handling the food issue?
