    This may sound like a dumb question but......

    When counting daily grams of protein, do you include the small amounts of protein that are in foods such as breads, tortillas, pasta, condiments etc? Is this source of protein just as viable as your main high protein foods like beef, chicken, cheese etc?

    Yup. But it's usually better from an amino acid profile to get it from dairy and meats, etc. However, don't even worry about that, just focus on overall total needed to meet.
