    Hi im here again I need some advices and help

    This week I started my first volume season and im eating 3000 calories a day and training 5 days a week, im 5 8 in terms of height and my weight is around 121 lbs, is good eat 3000 calories a day if I want to increase my muscle mass lean ?

    Just monitor your weight. If it goes above 3lbs a month, trim the calories slightly, say by 200.

    And if you stop gaining weight for a couple of weeks, add a few.
