Thank God it looks like Ekeler is going to play so I'm going to roll with him.

In my 2 flexes I currently have:
JuJu/Fulgham (depending on how it's looking for Tuesday)
    Crowder

Wilkins and Breida on bench. Either of those guys worth starting over Crowder? JuJu is the only player from this group I actually want to start lol.

The wild card is Kendall Hinton, a practice squad WR who is starting at QB (he was a QB in college). They will certainly try to play a read option run game and limit this throwing, but negative game script against the Saints may dictate throwing by necessity eventually. If he ends up with 50 or so yards running and 150 throwing with a TD one way or the other (and 2 or 3 turnovers), that's a disastrous spot start for a QB, but what does it add up to in fantasy if you can use him as a WR/flex?
i see him as a massive gamble. no promises he finishes the game either. they could throw the ball maybe 12 times and just run all day and basically tap out at halftime.

my league has it where you can declare a guy on your bench as the "backup" so if the game gets killed, the commissioner goes in and retroactively puts the backup in the game for you. it's not easy but it's the best thing we could come up with. PITA especially with so many fantasy-relevant players involved in that one.

here's a tough one for me

    cam newton vs arizona
    tannehill vs colts

tannehill was the obvious pick for a long time but the titans have been in such a tough stretch. he's definitely my guy going forward but this week i guess i have to go newton no? newton's actually been fairly consistent in the low 20s or high teens in scoring. just threw for a ton of yards last week so i guess his arm is OK?

Can't remember the exact stat but Arizona has been VERY generous to their opposing QB's. I think you have to go Newton in this matchup for his ceiling, but I think he also has a decent floor. I wonder how many touches Derrick Henry will get this game, which will have a big factor for Tannehill I think

For those wondering about MGIII, I think I'm gonna roll with Kamara, Ekeler and Brian Hill off waivers so I can sit MGIII. I think he benefits best out of this offense, since he can catch, take wildcat snaps and probably have 20+ touches, but is too volatile to touch if you can help it, IMO. I can see the Broncos having 0 TD and about 150 yards total this game, but MGIII may get half of those yards

My team got rekted by injuries and the China Virus this week (L Jax, Conner, Julio) so I may grasping at straws.

Play G. Benard v Giants or pick up Pittman v Titans. Open to any other long shot pick ups.

I like Pittman's outlook, but GIO is Active, so playable as well. May post a nice line with a TD possibility against the 24th ranked run D

as said above. i dig pittman but gio's much safer. i think he'll be on the field all day even if they fall behind with the backup QB

ya know what. montgomery has been bad in real life but he gets it done in fantasy due to opportunity. packers brutal vs RBs. i'll go him just barely over drake.

boyd takes a hit without burrow. juju scares me with the injuries last week and the unreliable nature of that game even happening.

Cincy's offense is going to be worse than Denver's, although Gio and Boyd are the only guys worth considering as a desperation play.

Ouch. For your flex, I'd use Juju for upside, Monty for floor, Boyd as a compromise between the two (Juju being extra risky because the game could be canceled).

I need a WR and a flex between Boyd, D. Harris, and J Meyers. Right now, I have Harris definitely out and Meyers definitely in. Should I use Harris over Boyd? Boyd's offense is going to be terrible, but Pats RB usage is what it is, and with Michel active, I could easily see Belichik giving him 20 carries and 2 TDs and essentially benching Harris for no obvious reason. Full PPR.

harris loses a lot of appeal in a PPR and as you said with michel back it also brings back the unpredictable nature of new england RB usage

to me its more about boyd vs meyers. cam threw what, 360 yards last week? and targeted meyers 3 times. scary. i guess i'd give him another shot and hope that was just a weird game vs a sign of where he's at on the depth chart now

yeah ive got Mont in right now for the floor he has had and he's got a great matchup, Im just worried they'll be playing from behind all day. Juju would allow me to start him and Dj, guaranteeing I start whichever has a big game, but the matchup sucks and the Def has a few extra days to strategize now.

Id probably go boyd, I always hate starting any Pats players though
