    Knee pain

Went for 165x5 first five went alright and then after the sixth one my knee just got sharp pain
I don’t understand this I did 185x2 last week and I felt fine
I’m using wraps and lifting shoes
Noticed this pain months ago but this just happens all of a sudden
Changed my othotics no difference and physio said it might be because I’m growing (I’m only 17)
I had big goals for my squat this year can anyone help me out
My knee also started caving in this time

    I ditch the wraps.
Knee sleeves would be a better alternative if you have to have something.
Examine your technique and as cmaken suggested post a video to get an some answers.

Wait for this to get healed on its own. Otherwise visit another physician for good advice.

Lift in bare feet and your feet will get strong. Apply an ever so slight pressure to the outer edge of the feet and your knees won't cave in.
    Do these exercises:
It is no measure of health to be well adjusted to a profoundly sick society.

It's easy to not be afraid of tigers when you're sitting in your living room watching a television program about tigers. When you're in the jungle where the tigers are, it's quite a different story.
