Started this year at 176 pounds and about 20% Bf on April 1st.
As of today I'm at 163.6 pounds and 14%ish.
Looks like I have about 5.5- 6 pounds to go to get into the 10-11% range I am going for.
Annoying for a 6' tall man to have to have to drop down to 158#, but if that's what it takes to finally get rid of most of the love handles/lower back fat then that's what it takes.~ Like Tae-Kwon-Leap, my goals are not a path to a door, but a road leading forever towards the horizon.

started cutting mid march at 176 lbs 25%-ish, and i've lost 15 lbs so far (currently around 18-19%?). really thought i'd be lean enough by july, but it seems like i'll need to cut a bit more to get rid of unnecessary fat
if i truly am 18-19% bodyfat, it's easily possible to hit 14-15% in two months, right?

I gained a bunch of fat and lost some muscle during the 2 + months of quarantine.
Now I am back at it, doing a cut. Started at 207 lbs a couple of weeks back, currently sitting at 202 lbs, aim is to get down to 180-182 lbs, so give or take 20 more lbs to go.
Aim is to maintain that weight until Oct-Nov while gaining some strength back and do a powerlifting meet in Nov.Powerlifting 2020

I've been completely off my game as far as food tracking and lifting, as I've been working more hours than ever during the lockdown. I've been in that cycle of feeling exhausted because I'm inactive and being inactive because I'm exhausted. On the plus side, despite lifting probably only twice every two weeks, none of my lifts have decreased. Pretty much just need to get my butt in gear and tear myself away from my desk earlier each evening to go take a walk, ride my bike, or lift more often. As far as how much I'd like to lose, I'd say 10-15 lbs.

I'm 305lbs right now and I'm just starting again. I got "fit" years ago and got down to 220lbs, and then I let myself go completely. My goal weight is 180lbs — I know it's a lofty goal, and I have some more bite sized ones along the way, but I'm sick and tired of being a fat sack of **** sleeping in and putting off work. I'm getting married in July and I already ruined my chances of being fit for my wife then, but she deserves more than who I am right now regardless.
So I need to lose a total of 125lbs.
