Hi y'all, longtime lurker, finally made an account
Title says it all. I've been through here before, but I figured I'd make an account since I started training in earnest. Spend 8 years in the service (joint fires), screwed up my back and wound up getting surgery on my spine after managing the injury for 5 years. The disc replacement (lumbar) put me out of action earlier this year, so the past few months has consisted of training to get back into shape.
If anyone wants to be so kind as to point me in the direction of any threads involving ab/core/oblique exercises that don't !@#$ up the lower back for a guy like me, that'd be great. So far I've got access to a Romain chair for leg raises and boring old planks that don't do **** for growth or activation anymore.
