As for the calories/macros, find a TDEE calculator, there are a ton of them online and also apps.
As for building the booty, be sure to focus on more than just that, or you will be imbalanced and it could lead to injury. You can put more emphasis on booty exercises (hip thrusts, lunges, etc) but be sure to work out the rest of your body as well.
CONSISTENCY is the key.
