    Beginner to build a booty


    I am 112 pounds (8stone) - I am wanting to start building a booty. I am a beginner so I haven’t been active properly.

    I am 5ft 3 inches and aged 23

    How many calories do I need to eat each day?
    How much protein/carbs/fat do I need to eat?

    If someone could tell me that would be great

    As for the calories/macros, find a TDEE calculator, there are a ton of them online and also apps.
    As for building the booty, be sure to focus on more than just that, or you will be imbalanced and it could lead to injury. You can put more emphasis on booty exercises (hip thrusts, lunges, etc) but be sure to work out the rest of your body as well.
    CONSISTENCY is the key.
